Our Network Operations Centers normal hours are from
10:00 am to 10:00 pm Central Time in North America,
from Monday to Saturday.
We have 24 hour response within these times.
Due to the volume of calls, and to track billable time, we do not accept phone calls for technical issues at this time. In order to process your issues as quick as possible, please use our online ticketing system.
We use an online ticketing system, so if you have an issue, please enter a ticket by logging into your domainname.com:8443 using your account name and password. This is not your FTP password, and your account name and password was included in your setup email.
